You don’t need to push harder. You need space to reset.
Join us on Sunday, April 26 (2–3:30pm) for a 90-minute sound bath designed to calm your nervous system and bring you back to yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork, then drop into a full-body sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs—letting the noise in your mind finally quiet down.
Afterward, stay for tea, journaling, or just a few extra moments of stillness before heading back into your day feeling lighter.
Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Bring anything that helps you feel supported (blankets, pillows, etc.).
