Hi, I’m Meagan Reynolds, RDN, CFMP
Journey to Balance is a virtual functional nutrition practice providing individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplemental therapies to promote healing in the mind, body, and spirit. Meagan Reynolds is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner who teaches people how to reclaim their health so they can be the brightest version of themselves.
Until the root cause of symptoms are identified, true healing will not occur. Supplements and medications can work wonders at helping bridge where you are with where you want to be with your health, but it often ends there. Chronic symptoms and disease are often related to not just one trigger, but a combination of them that include underlying infections, toxins, deficiencies, emotional traumas/toxic emotions, and food sensitivities. Functional lab tests are often used to get to the root cause of symptoms followed with herbs and other supplements and lifestyle recommendations to restore balance where needed. I also work collaboratively with other practitioners and healers when necessary to achieve the desired outcome for each individual.
My specialty is in Hashimoto’s and thyroid disease. However, I can help with a wide range of chronic diseases and symptoms including autoimmune disease, anxiety, mood imbalances, inability to lose weight loss/inability to gain weight, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), parasite infection, a broad range of GI issues, hormonal, food allergies/food sensitivities, environmental toxicities, Epstein-Barr Virus, diabetes, and blood sugar imbalances.
