Asphalt Beach promotes the value of yoga & aerial yoga practice for skaters and all our neighbors in East Nashville. We offer free classes on Thursdays ! Our Thursday morning schedule is 6:20am aerial warm-up flow, and 7:00am conventional vinyasa. We provide mats, blocks, straps and a lively, athletic flow. Sundays feature an aerial flow for all levels at 3:00pm. Its always good to check our page to confirm practice times and availability. Hope to join you in practice soon ! Namaste.
