Vaginal health and sexual energy : Our womb (va**na/sexual organs ) is a source for so much power. Creativity, money, wisdom is all here.
As much as we need to stay clean internally there are many options for healing, cleansing and offering good energy to your va**na.
I am often recommending these items to clients. I personally use them as a ritual for my va**na.
All are also great if you are working on healing sexual trauma.
1. Yoni egg: this is the jade egg from i have the small egg w holes in it. I no longer use a string in it, which is helpful when starting to pull the egg out. I will do various exercises w the egg in or hold it during a time i want to be mindful of my energy there. Make sure you are choosing a reputable company that uses real crystals.
2. Yoni oil: i am grateful to not have any va**nal issues. So i use this oil after a shower or bath to prevent bumps from shaving and to add mindful touch to that area. I have purchased many times. It is also good if you struggle w va**nal dryness or odor from bad bacteria.
3. Yoni steam: these are herbs that you brew like tea. Placed in a large bowl of a yoni steam chair you will sit over the bowl and allow the steam of the herbs to cleanse the va**na. I do this usually once a month as a mindfulness practice. It can help w pms, bacteria and to tighten the va**na.
Just as we have a practice for washing our face, we can have a practice for taking care of our va**na.
It’s more than some pineapple gummies 😆😉

It’s been a while, but I’ve posted below how I’ll take myself out of town for a short trip.
I take the time for self care, go out to dinner and just slow down.
When you own your own business and you are a mom you have to build in breaks, recovery time and also surrounding yourself w people and things that motivate and inspire you.
The “get up and go” is on you. No boss, no clocking in, no one doing a performance report. It’s ALL ON YOU. That’s why i have to practice mental and physical self care, for my clients and my kids (and me).
Try it. Change up the scenery, even for a day. Get a massage, have a quiet dinner out. Do things that feed your soul and renew your spirit.
Now more than ever ❤️
