The rules for hemp-derived drinks are changing—and your business needs to be ready. Starting January 1, 2026, the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) takes over licensing from the Department of Agriculture. What does that mean for bars, restaurants, retailers, and suppliers?

On November 5th, we brought together hospitality and tourism businesses to showcase our industry to almost 5,000 9th graders at the MNPS 9th Grade Career Exploration Fair. We are so thankful to all of our community who came to support our efforts. Demonstrating the vast opportunity in hospitality alongside such incredible partners was truly special. Cheers to our upcoming workforce!

Leesa and Annie were delighted to spend the morning with two MNPS principals as Principals for the Day this morning! Annie got to learn from Dr. Hopkins all about Glencliff Elementary School, and Leesa was with Dr. Kessler at Hunters Lane High School. To see these principals, teachers, and students in action was truly inspiring. We have some amazing future leaders in Nashville. Thank you to PENCIL for providing this opportunity!

The annual Nashville Downtown Partnership Awards Luncheon is always such an inspiring gathering of businesses in the downtown community. We saw so many familiar faces and got the chance to connect, fellowship, and celebrate all that Nashville has and continues to accomplish.

A few weeks ago, we got to join our member Nashville Adventures as they led a group of students from McGavock High School's entrepreneur program on a day full of learning. A walking tour downtown, a trip to the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and lunch at Assembly Food Hall made it a day to remember for these students. Thank you, Nashville Adventures!
