With the holiday season in full swing, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle. But taking even 5 minutes to center yourself can reduce stress and improve your focus. Here’s a simple breathing technique to try:

✨ Box Breathing ✨
1️⃣ Inhale for 4 seconds.
2️⃣ Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
3️⃣ Exhale for 4 seconds.
4️⃣ Hold again for 4 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.

Light a candle, brew your favorite tea, or simply sit in silence—you deserve this moment of peace.
