Join us next Wednesday, September 17th to celebrate National Recovery Month. Our CMHC Addiction Specialization is thrilled to provide a night of care for your mind and body.

Slow Flow Restorative Yoga hosted by Hannah Roberts (MS, LPC-MHSP (temp), E-RYT)

The 45-minute yoga session will begin at 5:45 pm.
Bring: a mat and water.

This FREE event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.

Location: UPD Lawn (Across from the McFarland Building)

On August 29th, some of our students and faculty attended Heights' Faculty and Student Retreat. Training included Art Therapy, Recovery Focused Music Therapy, Sound Healing, and Trauma Resiliency Model/Somatic Movement.

We are so grateful for our partnership with Cumblerand Heights and the opportunity to be a part of this event!

What an impact our donors made in the lives of three of our MFT students for this school year!

3 Hope for the Healers scholarships totaling $30,000 were given out to rising second years: Kennedy Watkins, Sammie Bank, and Courtney Deckard.

Our MFT Cohort 14 got "Booked and Mugged" Tuesday night. 👀

At their orientation dinner, they were paired with a mentor from the cohort above them. During the dinner, the mentors present their mentees with their bag of books, including a copy of the DSM and a coffee tumbler for all their caffeinated needs. "Booked and Mugged" 😉
