This is my client Ken.

Ken has Parkinson’s but he doesn’t let it get him down. He shows up each week and when I ask him how he’s doing it’s always great with a smile.

We do some primal movement work and he never complains or gets frustrated. Then I use to help relieve his hands from shaking. I also use it lot of his feet and lower legs to help with poor circulation. I will concentrate the pulses into the back of his neck aiming for the brainstem. Usually I can make the shake nearly stop by holding here.

If you have someone if your life suffering with Parkinson’s or similar diseases reach out. My colleagues and I can help!

Some of the benefits of guided PEMF theory.

What’s better and different about the guided is I can direct the current where it needs to go. PEMF mats, wands, helmets ect are great tools as well but the electrons generally are pulled to most healthy tissues/areas.

Thanks to my brilliant colleague for putting this post together!

Currently seeking digital nomads to join me in Costa Rica to co-live and learn all about primal movement, eat organic and local foods and explore this incredible area.

Each day could start with a movement class where you will learn how to strengthen your back, open your hips and much more!

You will learn how to use and kneeling chair as well as how to work from the floor. This way you can keep your body decompressed while you work.

I also have a car and know the area where extremely well and can take you on many adventures!

Slowly but surely recoding my gait pattern for more optimum and pain free movement.

This recode process hasn’t been easy for me but if you look back where I started I’ve come a long way.

I take an assessment every few months to see where I’ve improved and where I’m still leaning energy.

I see improvement on spinal fluidity and head placement and the muscles in my legs look more properly developed. The way my left side accepts the ground force is much better and that’s probably why I still have right hip issues.

We will see what it looks like again in a few months.

A lot more tan and a moving a bit more with natures code. 👀 at the lateral calf 💪🏼. 👀 the left hip starting to open up on my landing!

I’ve been in Costa Rica all winter and been hitting my workouts consistently but not walking or running much because it’s hot and the beach isn’t ideal for training gait.
Nearly daily surfing had been great for my spine and shoulders tho!

I’m now official 2 years into my recode and still have tons of room to improve. To be honest my first assessment was one of the worst I’ve seen to date.

Genetics, lifestyle and front chain training all play a factor in how decoded you are. It simply takes time, dedicated, focus snd faith in process/method to make changes.

In my opinion it’s absolutely worth the effort to restore your birthright to move pain free snd fluidly for life!

I highly recommend hiring a qualified coach to help you in this process if interested!

Scoliosis progress over the last two years. I was asked how much it had improved and honestly hadn’t done side by side with app overlay.

The biggest shift I notice is in pelvis. It seems more under me with less of a lean to that right side.

In pictures on left I had just started to learn about the natural gait pattern. I had been essentially bracing with what I was doing with Pilates.

My thoughts are that as I started to move more naturally and removed some of the bracing the patterns of deeper imbalances are revealed.

Scoliosis moving target because often the imbalances could be different if you doing standing, quadruped, or tummy time exercises.

I find it’s helpful not to focus to much be attached to a diagnosis like: left leg longer than right causes my pelvis to be tilted right and rotated right ect.

Rather use the camera or better get a coach/friend to help to align in the moment. Be willing to be surprised that what you feel is even and straight really isn’t.

Having mild scoliosis isn’t something to worry about or limit you. Remember that these static photos are helpful information but how you move through space is ultimately much more important!

A lot less hair and a little more GOATA.

This is me in full sprint which I don’t do often because I don’t have the integrity yet.

I still got a ways to go before I can say I’m moving within GOATA blue print but moving to be dial in right direction for sure.

Foot is collapsing less, spine more fluid and more back chain. Still not setting a bow tho and head control needs some work.

said wait about 3 years when I first got started so I still got about 1.5 from when he gave me that download.

Unless your fairly young and genetically gifted you’re gonna be recoding for a long time maybe a lifetime.

Being a GOATA coach isn’t about being perfect. I coach people who are further along than me in some ways or were less bad off to begin with. I can still help because I have the eyes, cues and touch to move folks closer to perfect math.

.unravelcollective starting working with me about 6 weeks ago.

When she came in she was experiencing groin tightness and knee pain. She said it completely disappeared in 2 weeks!

She was was really into the Pilates method but quickly realized it has taken her mostly in wrong direction for good movement. She is also in process to be a certified GOATA coach!

The changes in these photos may be subtle to most people but I see change and she’s moving in right direction which is all that really matters.

Some things I see: Back chain starting to come online, arches of feet are stronger, chest is more lifted and open, and her walk looks way more fluid, confident and sassy!

.unravelcollective has been working with GOATA 6 weeks with me. She came in with some groin tightness and knee pain and it completely disappeared in about two weeks she said.

She was pretty into Pilates when she came in but quickly realized it had taken her in the wrong direction. She’s now a full believer and in the process of getting certified in GOATA herself!

The changes in these pics may too subtle for some to see but I see quite a bit of change.

The arches in feet look stronger, the back chain is starting to open up, her chest is much more lifted and open and her walk looks more fluid, confident and sassy!

I’m excited to watch her progress and happy to have another GOATA coach around!

Observe your animals move and you will notice this same pattern.

They absorb the energy in one column while releasing in the other. The limbs make a spiral action from out to in over and over. The head shifts from column to column with the perfect amount of rotation/bend to stay level.

Humans are animals and should but more than often don’t understand this way to move.

GOATA has essentially reverse engineered GOD’s math. The movements and lifestyle changes “recode” the body back to Mother Nature’s design.

This is an insane pivot off the outside edge which resulted in several broken ribs and a lung puncture.

WOATA trainers will argue that warrior type need to train wide foot stance because they will get knocked over with feet are close together like GOATA recommends.

This is of course non-sense. You don’t need to train feet wide for your nervous system to know it’s the proper stance if you gotta knock someone out.

However wide feet is not the stance for forward locomotion and even the gladiators spent more time walking around Rome and running around the coliseum than actually fighting.

Positions like warrior 1/2 over train this pattern and most yogis are not fighters.
It destroys the gait pattern with really no net benefit.

Weather you’re a MMA fighter, a Grandmother wanting to play with kiddo or anything in-between and you want to move better and be pain free then it’s time to hire a GOATA coach!

Thanks for this find!
