Gina came to me convinced something was “wrong” with her body.
She was dealing with daily bloating and kept trying to figure it out on her own — cutting foods, eating less, switching up supplements, googling everything she could think of. And instead of feeling better… she just felt more confused and more frustrated in her body.
What she didn’t realize is that a lot of what she was experiencing was actually normal digestion responses — things like fiber intake, meal timing, stress, and even her cycle were all impacting how her body felt throughout the day.
Once we stopped guessing and started looking at patterns instead of panic, everything shifted.
