1️⃣ Don’t skip breakfast.⁠
Starting your day with protein helps balance your blood sugar and keeps cravings in check later on.⁠

2️⃣ Don’t “save up” for your big meal.⁠
Skipping meals backfires — you’ll just end up starving and overeating. Instead, have small, balanced snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism steady.⁠
