What a powerful way to flow into 2026—moving with intention, breath, and community. Led by Highland’s own , this class was a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when we come together on the mat: strength, release, and renewal.

We’re hosting a Soundbath Fundraiser in partnership with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, supporting families in the Nashville area. All proceeds will go directly to Second Harvest to help provide meals and essential resources to those in need.
