Sammi Wyatt is a proud Nashville native. As the owner of Nashville Hearing Specialists and co-founder of Hush Biomed, she has made significant contributions to the hard of hearing community. With over two decades of clinical experience, she is passionate about her craft, consistently delivering exceptional care and personalized solutions with each hearing aid fitting.
Sammi's expertise has been cultivated through her work in ENT clinics and private practices. Her understanding and compassionate approach have garnered her a reputation as a trusted professional in her community.
Sammi contributes to the advancement of hearing health through her role as a board member of the Tennessee Department of Health and the Hearing Society of Tennessee.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of those with hearing loss and tinnitus, Sammi remains dedicated to her mission.

Dr. Payne received her Doctorate of Audiology from East Tennessee State University. After practicing in Southern Indiana for 5 years, she moved back home and joined OAT in 2018, providing services in the Franklin office. She is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Tennessee, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. As a professional, Dr. Payne hopes to positively impact the next generation of audiologists, improve upon patient-centered clinical practices and contribute to the continuing development of the field. She is passionate about helping people in and around her hometown make informed, collaborative decisions about their hearing and balance healthcare. Outside of professional work, Dr. Payne enjoys spending time with her husband and their Great Dane.

It's Titan Time again!!

Last year, the generous support of our friends helped make our Titans Raffle a tremendous success. We are excited to invite you to be part of it again. Every ticket purchased helps us provide hearing aids to low-income adults in the Middle Tennessee area.

Dr. Hannah Hays is a native of South Georgia and has lived in the Nashville area since 2021. She attended Auburn University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders in 2019 and her Doctor of Audiology in 2023.
Dr. Hays has experience in ENT settings, and her expertise includes adult and pediatric audiometric evaluations, amplification, aural rehabilitation, and balance assessments. She is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the State of Tennessee.
When not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

A fun time was had by all at our Annual Spring Student Appreciation Dinner! Board and Founding members gathered with Student Workers to celebrate another successful season of HEAR Nashville referrals. Without these generous and talented volunteers, we would not be able to help as many patients as we do. We are grateful for their work. We congratulate those who are moving on. We welcome those who are just joining us.

Jane Walsh, AuD, is from Oxford, MS and graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Walsh is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life by providing personized hearth care. In her free time, she enjoys taking pilates classes and walking her dog, Archie.
