We had the best time at our DMC Team Luncheon, celebrating together at another amazing small business right here in Donelson!

There is something so special about stepping away for a moment, sharing a meal, laughing together, and simply enjoying the team that makes Donelson Massage Center what it is.

And this is just the beginning…

DMC is gearing up to celebrate our 12-year anniversary, and we have so many fun things planned for the remainder of the year! We cannot wait to celebrate our incredible staff, our loyal clients, and the Donelson community that has supported us along the way.

Just a friendly reminder about our cancellation policy at Donelson Massage Center.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Same-day cancellations will result in a $25 fee.
If an appointment is canceled within one hour of the scheduled time or is a no-show, the charge will be the full value of the service.

We never like having to enforce this policy, because our goal is always for every guest to come in, enjoy a great massage, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. However, this policy is important because we reserve both a treatment room and a massage therapist specifically for your appointment.

It is also important to know that our wonderful massage therapists work on 100% commission, so when appointments are canceled at the last minute, they often lose income from time that was held just for you.

We truly appreciate your understanding, your respect for our team, and your continued support. Thank you for helping us protect both our therapists and our ability to serve every guest well.
