Big update! We have developed a program for church leadership and staff! We want to help church leaders navigate the needs of the people they serve! Pastors have the great privilege to partake in the deep intricacies of people's lives. This privilege can feel like a burden when it becomes too many people and problems and not enough time or not having the right tool and lead to burnt out pastors. We have developed a plan of actions to reduce the burden on pastors and maximize the church’s ability to help each individual appropriately!
