I joined Spring Challenge because I recently gained weight and wanted a fun challenge to get myself back on track. 🩵

I’m learning that giving my body enough rest is important for recovery and results. ❤️‍🩹

My favorite part is seeing physical improvements in the status photos. It’s not always evident, but when you see where you are versus where you were, it’s motivating. 💪

Rest days are a challenge, but I understand the need for a break. I work out not only for my physical health but for my mental health as well.‼️‼️

Her advice: Everyone is a beginner at some point, and there are lots of resources and people to help along the way. There’s no better time to start feeling better than now. ✨✨🫡

Week 3 of our 💐Spring Challenge 💐

💚Athena 🩵is new to Relentless Pursuit and is down around 4.5 pounds in 3 weeks!

⁉️How?⁉️
1️⃣she really digs deep and implements weekly feedback!
2️⃣weighing and tracking with accuracy (food)
3️⃣increasing her steps from around 3k daily to 7K daily
4️⃣hitting her protein
5️⃣starting opti greens soon!

Then that progress will take off even more!

“I joined because I knew I wanted to change and I needed to challenge myself in order to do it. 🫡

🍅I’m learning to eat real food and realize that keeps me full instead of snacking all day and still being hungry.

🪞My favorite part has been seeing the small difference in my body and feeling so much better. I actually want to get up and move around now! 🚶‍♀️

💥Tracking and tweaking calories and numbers has probably been the most challenging thing for me but I know the more consistent I am with it, the better I’ll get at it.

‼️IF you are scared to start- Just do it. Please for yourself! I was barely walking 4000 steps a day and it hurt every time I moved. And now I am walking 7000 plus steps every day and I feel sooooo much better! You will be proud of yourself if you just try and don’t give up! ⬆️

Seriously- not afraid here to potentially hurt your feelings…

1️⃣Do you pump as many reps as you can with proper form and intention? Or do you just always go for the same weights and always stop at 10?
2️⃣”the weekends always get me” how many times / months/ years/ decades are you going to do this before you finally cement in your mind that Fri-Sun matter.
3️⃣2 eggs and a little chicken on your salad at lunch is not a high protein day
4️⃣is it more tedious to look in the mirror and despise how you look and feel for years Or track your macros for a few months so you can actually change?

I’m huge on self-reflection. 🪞I’m also a rainbows 🌈and unicorn 🦄 type girl - yeah I want everything colorful and bright but the truth isn’t always so.

So dig 🪏 deep.

One of our Relentless Pursuit clients is getting quite the results for herself! She has been working with Team Relentless Pursuit since October- between January and now she is down 12 lbs!

“I joined relentless pursuit fitness in September 2025

I’ve learned how to properly fuel my body with the right foods

What I wasn’t expecting that I have gotten is newfound confidence feeling proud of myself for sticking to this. and actually looking forward to working out and being active!

Advice I’d give to someone on the fence of starting: just do it! Kenzie has been amazing in guiding me to getting back to feeling healthy again. And having a community of women with the same goal to motivate - helps so much. Im so much more aware of what im fueling my body with and feeling good in my skin again 💛💚🩵
