I joined Spring Challenge because I recently gained weight and wanted a fun challenge to get myself back on track. 🩵
I’m learning that giving my body enough rest is important for recovery and results. ❤️🩹
My favorite part is seeing physical improvements in the status photos. It’s not always evident, but when you see where you are versus where you were, it’s motivating. 💪
Rest days are a challenge, but I understand the need for a break. I work out not only for my physical health but for my mental health as well.‼️‼️
Her advice: Everyone is a beginner at some point, and there are lots of resources and people to help along the way. There’s no better time to start feeling better than now. ✨✨🫡
