“I’ve been working with Kenzie at Relentless Pursuit for about 8 weeks, and before I started, I was feeling out of shape and weak.
The biggest challenge I was facing with my fitness/health was motivation to eat well and exercise regularly and difficulty controlling splurges
Since starting coaching, the biggest changes I’ve noticed are I have more energy and feel stronger physically. I’ve gotten into better habits.
My favorite thing about working with Kenzie is having someone tell what to do with my strength training and hold me accountable for following a nutrition plan.
Because of this program, I now feel hopeful that I will continue weight loss and improved endurance and durability.
If someone was thinking about working with Kenzie or joining Relentless Pursuit coaching, I would tell them to go for it. Life is too short to put off your goals”

I’ll add: she also has consistently done a 5k a day for the last 3 months (jogging or walking), and hasn’t had alcohol in 50+ days now- THATS A BIG ONE for serious results!
