Kundalini, a fancy word used to describe the incredible life-force energy that flows throughout ALL of Creation. It's what moves us to create, and when ignited, it inspires us to put our ideas and creations out into the world.

This series is designed to bring this life force to the surface of our awareness and explore our creativity first hand with an art experience. Each creative experience is curated to include an internal exploration that reveals a message from a deeper space within ourselves.

This experience features a kundalini yoga kriya to activate the creative connection

Beginning with Kundalini, pranayama, and then a 20 minute sound healing, we'll then serve snacks before moving into the Soul Art.

You will be guided through a fun and unique process that ANYONE can do. Connecting with your higher self and bringing through a message and a peice of art that you will LOVE

LUNAR NEW YEAR✨

The first new moon of the lunar calendar occurs on Wednesday. This moves us into the year of the wood snake. We will hold the archetype of this energy in our awareness for this new moon/new year kundalini class on Wednesday evening- if you would like to gather in intention and work with this new energy, please come!
We will do an extended gong restoration afterward.

Everyone will have an opportunity to receive just what they specifically need in order to bring resolve, clarity, more flow and love into their life, as well as the opportunity to receive healing through the resonance that occurs in the process of representing in the various constellations throughout the day.

You do not need to have any prior knowledge of this modality. In fact, it is a very common scenario to be drawn to it before cognitively understanding what this work is. It is very intuitive and revelatory work that occurs in the quantum field.

All you need to know is:
"What do I want to see shift in my life?"
"What isn't working for me in my life?"
"What do I want to see and understand more about it my lineage?"
ect

Each participant will have a private conversation with Crystelle beforehand to determine what needs healing. Anything can be constellated.
You may choose a traditional systemic family constellation. or a nature constellation.

A fun and beautiful way to feel connected in community, feel seen, receive ah-ha's, and strengthen your intuitive gifts. It is indescribable and phenomenological in the best possible way.

We may explore constellation meditations, 1-2 mini-constellations for those in the group, resourcing meditations, etc
