HEART OF THE INNER CHILD
🪞Reflections of the inner self from the childhood years

In this installment of our monthly Soul Collage series, we will hear from our inner child.

You might think of this as the emotional memory of the younger self. This can show up as joy, wonder, vulnerability, and sometimes old wounds. The intention of this work is to bring the adult self into closer relationship with our inner self.

This part of us ultimately holds a deep source of creativity,  authenticity, vitality, and play. Giving it a voice can help us open up into a wellspring of aliveness.

The magic and mystery of our inner child still lives within us- holding both our deepest wounds and our greatest inner joy.

SoulCollage® is more than just artistic collage. It is a deeply intuitive process that bypasses the mind and takes you into an experience of allowing your subconscious to speak to you in unexpected and empowering ways. Please feel free to DM me with any questions🤍

Alongside the bank of the Cumberland River in Nashville, an idealic setting is provided for Systemic Nature and Family Constellations. Here, everyone has an opportunity to receive just what they need in order to bring resolve, clarity, more flow and love into their life, as well as the opportunity to receive healing through the resonance that occurs in the process of representing in the various constellations throughout the daY.

WINTER SOLSTICE + NEW MOON KUNDALINI & SOUND HEALING

The Sagittarius New Moon falls on Friday and the Solstice falls on Sunday, so we will meet in the in-between.

Join Crystelle for a 2 hour experience with kundalini practice and one hour of sound healing honoring of the turning of the year that takes us into the darkness, the stillness.

The winter time- where light surrenders to shadow.

We will practice being in our own internal space with our breath, in deep meditation, and one honor of deep rest, held by the sounds of multiple gongs and bowls.

we will close in candlelight circle by sharing a warm herbal tonic.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT CONSTELLATIONS WORK:

It is deep, it is always interesting, it helps everyone involved in some way, it is holistic, it brings truth with love, it includes ALL (shadow and light) in a grounded way, it heals without force, it is embodied not just mental, it opens channels to body wisdom, it gently reveals what is hidden/causing tension, it puts things in order, it restores belonging, it feels sacred yet wildly real, it brings answers and insights that talking never could, it lightens our load, it brings community together, it shows us we are not alone in our humanness, it helps us to move forward with ease… and so much more..

A note to let you know these are the final constellation retreats for 2025✨

In honor of the long awaited arrival of Spring, we will gather. Opening with a kundalini kriya to deeply bring our physical body in a state to deeply rest and relax for a 60 minute sound healing where you will be held in a space filled with the soothing sound of gongs and bowls.

Dress comfortably and bring your mats, blankets, and cushions.
