If you struggle with any kind of headaches & ¿don't like them? read this! What does it COST you financially to drink more water? I'm not saying buy medication or a certain product or go see a doctor...I'm saying DRINK WATER...it won't hurt you...... As well, I am NOT endorsing this product at all, but the information in this study is quite accurate. Many of my clients know that when they talk about any kind of headache (even migraines) with me, the first question I ask is about their water intake. Most people say that they drink plenty of water & then realize through a series of questions that they really DON'T drink very much water at all. (Do you drink half of your body weight in ounces of water a day? & If you are drinking alcohol or caffeine, that depletes water from your system, & you need to drink that much more water on those days.)
