You can’t think your way out of a body problem, believe me I tried 🥲 The shift isn’t more information tbh it’s reconnection. Getting back into your body instead of just living in your head and learning what YOUR nervous system actually needs to be regulated. When that happens, your mental load lifts and your entire day changes.

Can’t say it enoughhhh 😮‍💨

stop focusing on just one or two things - our health is so much more than nutrition and workouts. Yes we need them but I challenge you to take it one step further and push for that whole body health. The kind where you KNOW what your body needs. You KNOW how to take care of yourself without following a plan because you have finally learned to just listen and adjust. THIS is what I teach in the regulated woman collective.

Posting this because idk who else needs to hear this today, but we need to stop feeling like our worth is tied to productivity AND it is okay to take the time you need to recover.

This is not just from workouts, but life. We aren’t meant to go 24/7/365 you need a break too and we shouldn’t feel bad about it.

Hopefully this hits for you because it’s something I needed myself after taking a long weekend off for a wedding and finally settling into my new apartment! 🫶🤍🎉

Your hormones aren’t just randomly off. There’s usually a starting point and for a lot of women it’s chronic stress that’s been normalized for so long it doesn’t even feel like stress anymore it’s just the new normal.
