Wellness begins with small daily choices.

Not the big, picture-perfect routines.
Not doing everything at once.
Just the small, intentional choices that support your mind, body, and nervous system—one day at a time.

Today’s check-in:
What’s one small thing you can do today to support your wellness?

Even small steps count. Especially on hard days.

If winter has you tired, unmotivated, and stuck in bed—you’re not broken.
You might be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and coping doesn’t mean forcing productivity.

✨ Gentle strategies that actually help:
• Get light first (open blinds, sit by a window, or use a light box)
• Shrink the day—3 small goals is enough
• Move your body for 2 minutes (yes, minutes count)
• Create a “soft landing” spot instead of staying in bed all day
• Warmth, routine, and rest are part of treatment—not laziness

Your nervous system is asking for support, not punishment.
Winter coping is about energy budgeting, not pushing through.

💛 Be gentle with yourself. Spring will come.
