💡 Did you know that childbirth education conducted over 3+ classes is proven to be more beneficial than taking 1-2 classes?

A recent study states: “Attending 3 or more education sessions was associated with decreased risk of planned cesarean and increased shared decision-making. Attending any childbirth education was associated with lower odds of using pain medication in labor, reduced odds of planned cesarean, and increased shared decision-making.”
