3 years ago I was living in a double wide trailer, depressed, drinking, smoking, anxious, and had no direction on what to do with my life.

I had enough emotional pain to make the DECISION to CHANGE. It was uncomfortable and required every ounce of energy that I had.

I’ve given up alcohol, giving up w**d, and given up all negative relationships.

Training for an Ironman was challenging both mentally and physically… I honestly wanted to quit.

When the time came to for the event I was ready and the endless hours of preparation paid off🙏🏼

Celebrating success is vital because it shifts the mind into a positive state and here are a few reasons you should start celebrating success:

1️⃣ Acknowledging milestones boosts confidence.

2️⃣ Motivates us to set new goals and strive for more.

We all have the power to shape reality as we know it . And it is done in 3 steps.

We create our reality through Thoughts, Words, and Actions

Our thoughts, words, and actions hold immense power and will influence the outcomes we experience in life. By aligning our thoughts, words, and actions with our desires, we have the ability to create our dreams and live the life we desire.

It has taken me years of mental energy to harness this incredible power.

I started by by cultivating positive and empowering thoughts. I believed in my capabilities, I envisioned success, and blocked all self-limiting beliefs.

I want you to choose your words wisely. Speak words of encouragement, affirmation, and gratitude. Use your voice to uplift others and create a positive ripple effect in the world.

Our Story

What does being “fit” or “healthy” actually mean in today’s world with so much noise on the topic everywhere you look? Unfortunately the beliefs of being “healthy” is all about aesthetics(looks), I like to call it the “Beach Muscles” or “All Show and No Go” muscles.

People in today’s world are actually REGRESSING themselves to only a few movement patterns like the bench press, back squat, military press, and the list can go on and on. The DOGMA is WRONG!! The over development of certain muscle groups is causing imbalances and physically causing pain in our day to day lives and we wonder WHY?

Good news is is that I HAVE the answers to your many questions on what to do, or even where do I start training this new philosophy? Every single human being, including myself, has an imbalance somewhere within their body.

Gymnastics Strength Training(GST) and Functional Range Conditioning(FRCms) combined with my unique programming of strength training, as well as joint Rehabilitation/Rehabilitation WILL have you feeling better, and also MOVEMENT FREEDOM.
