When tension and stress build up in an area of the spine, it creates interferences and overloads the nerves in the area, causing what is called subluxation! When should you get adjusted in pregnancy?! 🤰🏼

Before during and after pregnancy!

We suggest getting nervous system focused chiropractic care starting at preconception. Optimizing low back and pelvic placement allow for proper uterine placement and support hormone regulation when trying to conceive. 🧠

Once pregnant. Our doctors recommend continuing chiropractic care through all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. Chiropractic in trimester one decrease nausea and supports energy. As we move into the second and third trimester, consistent chiropractic care allows for proper pelvic position, decrease pain, and optimizing baby placement.

We are inviting women from our surrounding circle to come join us for like-minded community and discussions surrounding the chosen book of the month! Children are welcome to attend as well.
