My community offering continues with adjusted times to better suit the community!

Join me for a Free guided Pranayama and Kriya class, where you will be guided through various breathing techniques to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, connect to your body, and tap into your inner wisdom. Access a deeper state of relaxation and inner balance— beginners welcome!

Classes include guided pranayama, Himalayan kundalini Kriya and silent meditation.

Comfortable clothes recommended. Bring your own cushion or bolster for comfort, or feel free to use one of the studio’s!

Hi! I’m Amanda Tobin, I’m a newly certified yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki healer, and holistic health advocate. I have been practicing yoga since 2017, and have fallen in love with the benefits the practice has on mental and emotional health. This past April, I travelled to the foothills of the Indian Himalayas to study the authentic teachings of yoga as taught in the Yog-Vedantic Tradition which have been passed down for thousands of years. During my time there, I learned Pranayama/Breathwork, Kriya Kundalini, Hatha/Vinyasa, Mantra, and Meditation.

The breathing techniques I learned have so many benefits including stabilizing the nervous system, promoting transcendence and transformation, increasing intuition, magnifying creative intelligence, realizing presence, and creating a sense of stillness. After going through my own personal transformation while studying the wholistic approach to yoga, I was inspired to bring these teachings home and share them with the people in my community so they too can find stillness in their lives and go through their own inner transformation.

I look forward to helping you each embark on your own inner journey towards self-realization.
