Join me for a Free guided Pranayama and Kriya class, where you will be guided through various breathing techniques to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, connect to your body, and tap into your inner wisdom. Access a deeper state of relaxation and inner balance— beginners welcome!
Classes include guided pranayama, Himalayan kundalini Kriya and silent meditation.
Comfortable clothes recommended. Bring your own cushion or bolster for comfort, or feel free to use one of the studio’s!
