In observance of Juneteenth, most Heritage Medical Associates offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19, with the following exceptions: Our Mt. Juliet North Pediatric office will be open until 12pm and the offices of Shalene Grinder, LCSW, and Dr. Umunakwe will be open for scheduled in-person appointments. If you are scheduled for a surgery/procedure or telehealth visit, your appointment will take place as planned. As always, if you have an emergent need, please call your doctor's office to reach the on-call physician.

Most offices will be closed today, Monday, May 26th in observance of the Holiday. Our pediatric office in Mt. Juliet will be open with modified hours. If you are an established patient with an urgent medical need, you may call your physician's office number to speak with an on-call physician.
