At 51, I don’t freeze my 11s… I release and strengthen them.

Those lines between your brows are often tension lines. Repetitive stress. Holding. Concentrating. Squinting.

Working on my dead hang challenge, holding between 1min 40 sec now and aiming for 2min.

Why it matters:
• Builds grip strength (a key marker of longevity)
• Improves shoulder mobility + joint health
• Corrects posture + counteracts “tech neck”
• Strengthens the back + core for better alignment

Aging well means staying capable and not relying on anyone.

Save this as a reminder to keep your strength as you age.

TASTE N DASH, LLC is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach practice where I work with men and women to improve their diet and lifestyle. My one on one approach is "DIET FREE" tailored to the individual with an outcome of lasting sustainable changes!

Results include weight loss, improved gut health & digestion, increased energy, better sleep, relief of stress and overall healthier lifestyle. I offer a variety of sessions and packages and can help in anyway to plan out your own health and wellness goals.

Recipe Development: I create recipes for food products to promote brands and show the consumers the numerous ways to use into their meals.

Wellness Workshops: I conduct Wellness workshops that will help explore ways to implement better nutrition and life choices, resulting in a healthier and happier lifestyle. My fun approach is interactive and informative allowing participants to engage in discussions and interact with others through various exercises. A typical workshop is about 50 minutes accompanied by a handout that will be provided for further education.
