Most people wake up and go straight into their day… but their body is still “asleep.
Stiff hips. Tight shoulders. Shallow breathing.
So instead of jumping into a workout, I start here.
A simple 5-7 min sequence:
• light hops
• marching
• arm swings
• rotational movement
• tapping to stimulate circulation
Nothing extreme. Just enough to wake everything up.
This isn’t about burning calories… it’s about turning your body back on.
I’ve been doing this consistently, and the difference is noticeable:
less stiffness, better posture, more energy throughout the day.
If you want to age well, it’s not just workouts.
It’s what you do daily.
Try this for 5 minutes tomorrow morning before your phone, before your coffee.
Consistency beats intensity. Every time.
