Potassium (100mg) is an important mineral used in various bodily functions. It is an important factor in the normal transfer of nutrients through cell membranes.* Potassium is found in a number of foods, including dairy, fish, and other meats, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Because food processing can reduce the levels of naturally occurring nutrients in foods, supplementation may help to insure adequate intake..

We were honored to be a part of the inaugural Hero's Challenge put on by the Nashville Fire Department. Hero's Challenge raised over $6,000 for Operation Warm to purchase coats for kids in Nashville -- that's enough for over two busloads of children to receive brand new coats when the weather gets chilly!

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. ⚒️

There are many aspects of our culture that celebrate us as individuals -- and fitness is no different. But anyone who has played team sports knows how winning the game on an 'off-night' for you individually still feels a heck of a lot better than a loss in which you put up great individual statistics. AND... win or lose, having the support of your teammates to deal with the inevitable ups and downs of the season (life) is invaluable.

This year we added a new wrinkle to the Transformat10n Lab challenge. We allowed each of the individual participants the opportunity to 'team up' and select a partner. There were no special requirements other than to stay in contact and encourage each other over the duration of the twelve weeks. The team that made the greatest progress in terms of fat loss and lean muscle gain would be awarded $1,000.

That team for the 2018 Transformat10n Lab challenge is Lydia and Renee! Congrats you two! 🏆💰🎉
