MBA SOOCER TEAM❤️⚽️🙏…The Plan Foods choose foods that are hydrating, protein ,WATER Allow a couple hrs before you begin evening yoga practice, Meditation for three minutes at the beginning and three minutes at the end of your practice. GREAT WIN today!!! Now settle get real quiet maybe give up the spoken word for this evening. Meditation Then do the sequence of poses that I just gave you guys. Mandatory Savasana 10mins you can also do Savasana with legs in the bottom of a chair seat whatever releases your lower back and whatever is most comfortable for you right now. BREATHE💫 SLEEP JUST A GENTLE REMINDER DON’T FORGET WHO YOU GUYS ARE. DO YOUR BEST MEET YOU ON THE FIELD TOMORROW Namaste🙏 you guys made it happen today now rest rejuvenate, restore your mind and body

MBA SOCCER TEAM YOGA POSE before you go to sleep tonight. If you don’t have a Yoga block, you can use books. Interlace the fingers, rotate the shoulders , lift the hip points. Release your hands down, if you need more support, you can use your hands to support your back. Elbows are on the ground forearms are on the ground, stay in pose for 5 minutes if comfortable. Do Co**se pose 5 to 10 minutes.❤️⚽️🙏
