Ran to the Wilco Wellness Festival yesterday with a fellow ALT friend. Met so many wonderful people eager to provide their best wellness skills and services to help you in every walk of life. I am a life long learner always eager to connect with other like minded wellness professionals to glean from their knowledge and expertise. Had a blast.

I love my garden greenhouse. So excited to prepare and learn how to grow organic edible flowers, and herbs to share with my guests. Watching these plants grow from seeds and little seedlings is so healing and therapeutic. Hope you can join the wellness event.
