The business side of being a birtworker can be so draining and exhausting.

I started the week wanting to call it quits, just felt defeated, tired and overwhelmed.

But here we are... 2 new families signed up for postpartum support and 2 for labor support with Sunnyside Up Youth Pregnancy Services.

2 new lactation clients and 1 labor client for CicelyCares and my July breastfeeding class is full (that's 4 months in a row!)

Imma be alright ❤️

Good morning! ☀️

Baby #63 came quick this morning and to think I just met this momma at Target last week. She was adamant she didn't need a doula but I left her with my contact information and sure enough, it got real and she came calling at 11:00 pm.

It had been a while since I did a virtual birth but after 4 hours of breathing and affirmations and movement, baby Tatum is here and healthy and momma is in baby bliss.🎉🎉
