Absolutely one of the most healing aspects of bodywork, in my opinion, is having someone be deeply present and holding a safe space for healing to occur. Although we touch the physical body we are also deeply listening to, and holding space for, the heart and emotions. I am deeply honored to be able to hold space for the beautiful souls who show up on my table. 💗
