One of the most common questions we get is, “did you get my box?!”
We understand that customers get eager to receive payment as soon as they can see the package has been delivered to us 😊
We pay much faster than most other companies! We typically do send payment the same day that shipment is received; we like to process and pay very fast to make our customers happy!
However, we receive many many shipments everyday, and so it takes time for us to go through each shipment. Depending on what time the shipments were received, or if your shipment was delivered on a weekend/holiday, and also depending on the volume of shipments received sometimes it takes an extra day for us to process all new shipments.
Also, if there were issues with your shipment, such as missing products or different products or damaged products, then that also can cause it to take longer because we will need to reach out to you first to discuss about the situation first.
If you can see that the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to us, then we kindly ask you to rest assured that your shipment will be reviewed and payment issued just as soon as possible. We like to keep our customers happy by paying as quick as possible!
