Halloween may be a spooky time, but going to therapy doesn’t have to be! If you’ve ever been curious about therapy but nervous to start and unsure what it’ll be like, you’re not alone. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Rachel Gunn and I’m a licensed professional counselor in Nashville, Tennessee. I recently began my own private practice and am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with self-compassion and codependency.
