Rethink your definition of salad!🤔🥗

Like Tex Mex/Mexican cuisine? Add spicy grilled chicken, tomatoes, corn, black beans, jalapeños, and Colby Jack cheese to your leafy greens. Or, for an Italian twist, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, pepperoncini and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. It will change your life!

Come one, come all! Just bring your own bag and walk over to the food pantry's garage door and get a bag of fresh fruit. We have an abundance of fresh fruit from a huge Camp Atterbury donation that we don't want to go to waste! (Note: please don't block the garage door with your car.) Remember this is open to everyone 💕!

🌟 Monday Matters: Life Skills in Action! 🌟

At REACH Columbus, Inc., learning life skills is a big part of what we do—and Mondays are a great time to highlight the why behind it all!

We’ve been lucky to partner with Lenora from Purdue University – Extension, who joins us regularly to help educate our participants on nutrition, cooking, and healthy habits. 🥦🍳💪

From whipping up tasty recipes to playing team-building games, Lenora brings energy, knowledge, and fun to every visit. These sessions not only help us learn important daily living skills—they also build confidence and create community.

Here’s to growing, learning, and reaching new goals—together! 💙
