Our fabulous Jordan McBride is moving to Georgia next week to begin her PhD program! She led her last studio class yesterday. We wish her a fond farewell and best of luck on her journey. Congratulations, Jordan! We’ll miss you and look forward to future visits when you’re in town! 💛🥳

Congratulations to our Summer 2025 200-Hour teacher training crew! We are so proud of these women and all that they have accomplished over their two full weeks of practice teaching, inquiry work, meditation, and sweaty flows! 🥳🍾🙌

If you see Brooke, Chesney, Eboni, Kaprice, Kat (not pictured as she celebrates with family), Maria, Natalie, Sarah, or Tessa around the studio or in the community, congratulate them and give them a high five! These women are POWERFUL!

Go on a somatic journey within!

Intuitive Breathwork
Sunday, July 27
1:00–2:30 pm

Join Cody for a breathwork session! Through the power of conscious, connected breath, you'll dive deep into your inner self and move through any mental blocks you may be experiencing.

We'll start with inquiry work and journaling to presence the energy that needs to be cleared and explore the idea of letting go. Then we'll move into gentle breathwork, where you'll be guided the entire time and encouraged to go at your own pace, all with the intention of creating safety in the body.

Benefits of intuitive breathwork:
- Activates the vagus nerve
- Pumps fresh oxygen into the brain
- Reduces stress and anxiety levels
- Bypasses ego to connect to inner wisdom
- Aids in positive self-development

Participants will need:
- Mat
- Journal and pen/pencil
- Blanket (optional)

Cost: $35 (Active SWY teachers $20)

Every summer we teach yoga for kids as part of the Promising Scholars program with Metro Nashville Public Schools. This year, we taught 40 classes in 10 schools for a total of around 980 students: pre-k through 8th grade! It was a big lift but so much fun!

Special shout out to Masa Alkhiyami, Kelsie Patton, Judy Seidel, Alexis Wood (pictured at Goodlettsville Elementary School), Lou Alice Rogers, Ashley Haley, and Mikka Parrish for all the energy poured into these students!! ✨

Let's hear it for this group if hardworking yogis who just completed their first week of their 200-hour yoga teacher training! 🥳🎉💪

They'll be back in July for their second week, and in the meantime, we look forward to seeing them around the studio practicing and being a part of our community!
