My name is Ashton Roark and I will be serving as your guide. The Vibe Guide is the friend that checks in with you daily to see how you are feeling? No, really... We don’t accept good/fine/alright/ okay…. We believe all feelings are simply energy in motion. We accept and ackno

wledge all feelings that have the purpose of communicating the action you need to take to serve your body, your mind, and your spirit. We do not believe in the trendy language that exists. AKA “good band bad vibes.” You need both vibes to call yourself human. If we only operate under “good vibes” then we would be feeding the toxic habit of allowing our emotions to take up residency in your body in an effort to numb, ignore, belittle, & suppress the message your emotions are trying to send. Remember emotions are energy in motion designed to both enter and exit the body. If you are storing emotions or chronically operating in low vibes naturally you’re not going to feel great. Not just emotionally but also physically. Stagnant energy ( or emotions ) can turn into chronic pain, anxiety, depression, migraines, tight muscles, muscles soreness, etc. My number one goal as your guide is to first check your vibe. You can count on your vibe guide to be the consistent friend that really wants to know how your doing and makes space your whatever vibe you’re rocking today. My second goal is to help you be okay with where you are today. I’m far from perfect. I invite messy moods and uncomfortable convos with myself. We only move from pain to purpose if we are willing to acknowledge our emotion/energy and make space for what our body needs moment by moment without judgment regarding how long it should take for growth or healing. I have been in the wellness industry for 10 years. Halfway through my journey, I faced a bad car accident and physical abuse, but I was a perfectionist and had no time for healing, just an urgency to bury physical and emotional pain. I did a pretty good job until my gallbladder nearly sent me to the ER twice. In order to save my physical and emotional well-being, I had to take time away to face the pain that was trapped in my body. YOUR BODY KEEPS THE SCORE. My app is a collection of everything that led me through my healing journey. No matter where you are on your journey we are here to keep you focused on raising your vibration so that you can open up your highest self to both receive and give all the goodness and light that exist in you and that is available for you. Your body is a vessel that is meant for strength, not storage. Together let’s tap into our energy, let's make space for our emotions, and begin the process of using our low vibrations to grow and transition into our highest vibration. We ground ourselves through MEDITATION. As we meditate we will invite more of the earth element into the body. We will harmonize mind, body, and spirit through BREATHWORK. As we learn to breathe we will invite more of the air element into our body. We balance our bodies with STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY workouts. Each class will include an element of meditation, breath, strength, and flexibility as our classes are designed to strengthen your body but also clear out any toxic energy stored in your body. Lastly, we will have sound bath sessions to stabilize your energy and connect all 5 elements in our practice. My Vibe Guide:

Guided Movement. Each session is designed to restore balance, release trauma, and raise your vibrational frequency. We believe your body is for strength and not storage. Let us guide you to release tension and trapped emotions from your body while building strength through resistance. The Vibe Guide offers fitness classes that strategically combine breath to movement and flexibility to stability. Breathing is one of the easiest ways to raise your vibration. When your diaphragm is restricted it can consequently restrict your emotional freedom as well. Breathe keeps the energy in motion as it should be. As you inhale, your open body and spirit open up to new energy and new possibilities. As you exhale you can release toxins and low vibrations. If you're new to breathing exercises be sure to visit our “How To” section to learn the different practices and how they will benefit you. Imagery. During our meditation sessions, we use imagery exercises to assist you in reconnecting with your intuitive self. Over time life can cause us to doubt who we are and the path that we are on. We want to help you find your footing, your fire, and your resilience. Exploration. Our sound bath sessions invite you to explore the spiritual laws of the universe. We believe that your past does not define you. We practice a growth mindset knowing through practice and effort we can explore endless possibilities and develop new skill sets. We can trust that our desires do not go unnoticed so we live with an open mindset as our needs are often creatively met by unexpected resources. We believe every life has a purpose and if you sow seeds in the arena you are most passionate about you can be the courageous one that shows up in the arena you claim your victory. Last but not least we embrace “play” not everything we set our hearts towards has to be about success, money, or results. Learning to enjoy the road we’re traveling on is the key to not burning out before it’s our time.

Checking in with yourself throughout the day will help you adjust your mood if low vibes are pulling you down. There are easy ways to boost your mood and increase your vibration if you just listen, validate, and take action towards the feelings that are rushing through your mind and body. Feelings are nothing more than energy in motion. They show up to tell you how to show up for yourself and meet you daily needs as an infant cries to alert its mother its hungry. If you ignore them...they haunt you and take residence in your body. Your body was made for strength not storage. So let emotions do their thing before they show up as tension and pain. You must feel to heal.
