February at The Happy Hour is designed to meet you where you are, whether you want support, connection, or meaningful growth.

We are offering groups focused on navigating neurodivergence and processing grief, restorative experiences like our sound bath, and low-pressure ways to connect with like-hearted people through our handmade Valentine’s crafting event and book club.

If you are ready for deeper, sustained change, there is still limited space in the Pathfinder personal growth program and retreat. This week has asked a lot of people. Storms, disruption, uncertainty, fear, anger, and exhaustion can stack quickly and leave your system on high alert.

If you feel on edge or shut down, nothing is wrong with you. These are human responses to real stress.

You do not need to process everything at once. Start with what steadies you today. Slow your body down; limit how much you take in; focus on one small action that helps you feel a little safer or more grounded. Care for your nervous system first. Everything else can wait.
