My chiropractor is a true blessing!! 🙌

I’ve been experiencing severe discomfort in my lower back and hips over the past few days. Seriously, Dr. Cañete is exceptional! Not only does he perform precise bone alignments, but he also provides personalized exercises to accelerate the healing process and strengthen the muscles to maintain optimal spinal alignment.

His care is akin to having a dedicated physical therapist. Our family has trusted him as our chiropractor since 2007. If you’re seeking a reputable chiropractor in the south Nashville area, I’ll share his contact information in the comments.

34 year old male presented to the clinic with acute left shoulder pain, and reduced range of motion.

Left shoulder abduction measured at approximately 80 degrees (44% of full range of motion), but with delayed motion and significant pain.

Patient received chiropractic care and therapeutic muscle work to help decrease pain symptoms and help improve range of motion.

After one treatment, patient’s left shoulder abduction measured at approximately 110 degrees (61% of full range of motion), with less pain and more fluid range of motion.

Patient is advised to continue with chiropractic care to help improve shoulder strength, stability, and range of motion.

Misery loves company. Often times I enjoy suffering through tough cardio sessions with friends.

They may not necessarily make the workout “easier”, but they certainly help keep me accountable and motivated! Also, it’s always fun to flirt with death and to see who is the first one to start crying tears of regret.

Welcome to the standard American daily routine. Living comfortably in our temperature controlled homes. Then sitting inside our comfortable cars, driving to work so we can rest in our cushy ergonomic office chairs. Eating our convenient breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners. Finally ending the day falling asleep in a warm soft bed.

Question: when people ask to know your age, do they think you look like it? Do you think you act the way most people your age do? If you think that you look and feel “older” than you should, what are the ways you can improve this for yourself?
