Slowly getting the new van fitted out. Had to order more packout E-Track brackets though. Doing a fold down desk on the left side next. Figuring out as I go how I want to layout the back doors further. And the right side is very much a work in progress. I will probably end up removing the packouts towards the back and do an aluminum draw system for fasteners and conduit fittings. I’d like to get something heavy on the right side to offset all the weight on the left.

Nice little installation for a new client we carried out in welshpool recently.
Their 2x IT pods will be delivered to site shortly

Good to get back into cabling cat6 instead of constantly doing fibre for months

Taking the time to loom correctly certainly pays off in the end, both the boss and the client are extremely happy with the outcome and we may have another contract that may come from that -
thats good enough for me ✅

Each pod consists of -
12x 42ru racks in total
3x racks for Copper, MMOF & SMOF
9x racks with a 24 way patch panel, 48x SMOF & 24x MMOF in each
And some racks with inter connecting SM & MM
216x Cat6
576x SMOF
384x MMOF
