Happy Sunday,

I have recently made a career change and will be traveling more with this change. After a long deliberation I decided to close my Meal Prep business and wanted to thank each of you for your support for the past nine years! That being said, this is the final week for meal prep. It's been an amazing journey and blessing to serve each of you and your families. I wish everyone the best in your future and please keep in touch.

Huge difference in the amount of food you’re getting and the price! One of their meals is $16.99 and mine for a large is $11 and a small which is one protein and one side for $9. Plus your supporting a local family run scratch made company. All scratch made, all gluten free and all quality products!
