The Grief Center is happy to announce our newest addition. Katelyn Key ALPC-MHSP who has experience in meeting our grief clients with interventions in restorative yoga, Brainspotting, ACT, DBT and more. She also brings group experience and we are excited to have her.

Jeremy LMSW was added in December. Jeremy is holding therapeutic space for couples, VETS, Geriatric clients and is Gottman and EMDR trained just to name a few.

What folks don’t understand about grief is..it’s a whole change of identity. What once was, will never be. That can be grief from a break up of relationships, bereavement, work, loss of physical capabilities, future hopes, dreams, plans that fell through and more.

Grief never fits in stages, boxes and does not sync with others. We’ve got a lot to learn about grief literacy. Meanwhile Sometimes you just gotta let folks know I grieve how I need to. Let us all be able to “GRIP” ✊🏾
