paper-based process for verifying student vaccinations. This is a very inefficient and costly process that involves a lot of manual labor. To make things worse, most of the forms are received and reviewed in short 2-3 month window before the start of each semester. At many schools, this process is so inefficient that schools are unable to verify vaccinations from all incoming students before the start of the semester. This makes the school more vulnerable to a disease outbreak scenario, which is not only a health concern, but also a potential liability and PR issue for the school. Our cloud-based technology platform allows students to complete the process online using our secure website. Student health center employees can then use our Admin Dashboard to manage the process form start to finish.
