Welcome to Connectus Health at Antioch, a healthcare home for all! We’re beyond excited to open our doors at 3754 Murfreesboro Pike, Antioch, TN 37013, expanding access to care in a safer, more comfortable environment for our patients and families.

This state-of-the-art facility features 30 additional exam rooms, allowing us to serve more patients while continuing to provide a welcoming and secure space for the community. As our third location in Middle Tennessee, we’re proud to keep growing and serving with compassionate, comprehensive care.

As part of this transition, services at the Priest Lake clinic are being phased out, and all patient care will move to the Antioch location. Patients will continue to receive the same trusted care from the Connectus team. We understand that travel can be challenging. To make this transition easier, our team can arrange Uber or Lyft rides at no cost to you to ensure you get the care you need. Please call us at (615) 292-9770.
