If you’ve been considering the training, or if the previous dates didn’t work for you, we’d love to hear from you. We have a few additional spaces available and would love to connect to see if this feels like the right fit.

OUR FAVORITE MONDAY SO FAR THIS YEAR 🤍
Warmer temps and a return to our regular class schedule on 2/2!

Some of our team are still without power, or just getting it back and easing into more familiar rhythms. We know many of you are navigating the same thing.

We’re wishing calm and comfort for all, and space to soothe and regulate our nervous systems. Especially for those home with little ones and all the care and energy that requires.

If you have a New Client Intro Pack that was interrupted by the weather, your pass will be automatically extended.
If you’re on a monthly membership and need an extension or a class added back to your account, please reach out. Always happy to work with you so you can use the classes you've purchased!

Sending lots of love and wishing power for all.
xo Jenni + the Nurture team

We have space for 1 or 2 more moms with babies up to about 6 months old (give or take). Come be surrounded by community, support, and a welcoming space to talk all things new motherhood. What our trainees experienced inside the Nurture Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training says more than we ever could.

Our prenatal & postnatal training continues to change lives — on the yoga mat, in birthing spaces, and in the way movement teachers, birth pros & yoga lovers understand the full arc of pregnancy and postpartum.

If you feel called to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the first couple years with baby, this is your next step.

Our Story

Blooma Nashville has two Nashville locations to serve families in pregnancy and early parenting, and to help you nurture a lifetime of self-care.

In East Nashville, the studio is located near the Five Points/Fatherland area at 1000 Fatherland Street, Suite 201, Nashvhille TN 37206.

In West Nashville, the studio is enjoying a temporary Fall 2019 residency at Abintra Montessori School at 914 Davidson Drive, Nashville TN 37205. We offer weekly drop-in classes in yoga, alignment, and fitness. We specialize in classes for pregnancy and postpartum, and offer classes that are open to everyone in pursuit of self-care and mindful wellness. On our weekly drop-in class schedule, you’ll find flow yoga, pelvic floor and core restorative exercise, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, and mama-baby yoga. Our Kids Yoga program includes yoga for toddlers, yoga for kids ages 3 to 8, and parent & tot music classes.

Childcare is available during select classes. The studio also offers a range of workshops, childbirth education classes, massage, and rentals for blessingways and other events. Directed by Jennifer Derryberry Mann, Blooma Nashville opened in November 2014, and is a sister studio of Blooma Minneapolis (established in 2007 by Sarah Longacre). Jenni has been part of the Blooma family from the beginning, having started her prenatal yoga teaching journey there after helping open the original Blooma studio in Minneapolis. Blooma Nashville is dedicated to nurturing women through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. We offer a warm welcome, a supportive community, encouragement and guidance as women educate, inform, and empower themselves in preparation for birth and motherhood. Please note: Blooma Nashville and Blooma Inc. do not provide medical advice or replace the care of your midwives or doctors. Please use your mama intuition and talk with your caregivers before practicing yoga or other exercises presented here. Birth stories shared by families represent a wide variety of experiences; please be respectful of their choices. When reposting pictures or text excerpts from this site, please attribute to BloomaNashville.com, Blooma.com, or BloomaBlog.com as noted. Namaste! Be Blooma Well!
