This year, Cumberland Heights enters an important new chapter—the beginning of our 60th year!

Since 1966, individuals and families have come to our campuses seeking hope, healing, and a path forward. What began with a simple, compassionate mission has grown into a nationally recognized addiction treatment program, serving adults, adolescents, and families.

As we step into our 60th year, we are honoring the people and moments that shaped our legacy while looking ahead to the future of recovery. This is just the beginning of a year-long reflection on where we’ve been—and where we’re going.

Tonight’s the night! 🎉

If you’re heading to Nashville’s Big Bash, don’t forget we will be hosting a dedicated sober space at Bicentennial Park. A safe, welcoming place for those in recovery, families, and friends to celebrate together as we ring in 2026. See you soon!

Located at Bicentennial Capitol Mall near the food trucks, the sober safe space is marked by yellow balloons and staffed volunteers offering seating, coffee, and energy drinks for anyone celebrating without alcohol.

Look for the yellow balloons near the food trucks before you hit the main stage. Free coffee, energy drinks, and seating available.
Staff wearing big yellow buttons that say "one event at a time" will be there to help.

It was a special evening at the Ryman Auditorium!

We are incredibly grateful to Lady A for choosing Cumberland Heights as the local nonprofit partner for their This Winter’s Night Tour stop at the iconic Ryman Auditorium.

This partnership helped raise awareness for hope, healing, and recovery right here in our community. Thank you to Lady A, their team, and every fan who stopped by and supported the work we do every day to help individuals and families affected by addiction. Your generosity truly makes a difference!

We're excited to share a look inside our new therapeutic and residential building for the Men’s Program on our River Road campus!

This space was created with intention — not to change who we are, but to strengthen how we support men in recovery. Thoughtfully designed rooms, areas for movement and reflection, and welcoming gathering spaces help create an environment where connection, dignity, and healing can flourish.
