I’m so grateful to be part of a team that creates moments like this. Thursday night, we hosted our annual holiday dinner for our residents and their families—a time to share joy, laughter, and an incredible meal together.

Seeing everyone come together and celebrate the season is an incredible reminder of why I love what I do.

That moment when it all comes together—when you finally get to reap the benefits of what you’ve sown. I love those moments. I live for those moments.

The continued moments of gratitude every time I see a resident who tells me how happy they are living in our community. The ones who share that their favorite part of living here is because “all the employees are so nice.”

I take a lot of pride in the community that I “sell.” Not because I want to be the best salesperson, but because I want the best home for these residents and prospects. The very least I can do is “sell” them an honest product.

Tonight was a clear indication that I am doing just that. I am so proud of the team I work with because I could not confidently “sell” Harmony at Bellevue without each and every one of them!
