After 5 years as an Emotion/Body Code practitioner, it’s time for change. If you’ve followed my journey, you know how very much I have loved this work!

It all started with reading the Emotion Code book, trying out the technique suggested, releasing my Heart Wall, and rapid, easy life transformation happening.

Releasing trapped emotions is a game-changer!

Along the way, I built a thriving practice, an Emotion Code Mastermind, and hosted a retreat.

At the height of my business, I was doing about 7 hours of energy healing per day, seeing 14 clients one-on-one. I started battling with vertigo and struggled to get my body back into balance. All the techniques I tried to heal myself weren’t working. 😞

My friend insisted I try a frequency device she had been using. When she scanned me from Omaha while I was in Nashville, I thought this must be 1) a crazy scam or 2) technology that could change healthcare ⚛️  Still skeptical, I bought the AO Scan and started running frequency programs for my symptoms. This weekend was epic!

The synergy of meeting up with people you love and respect in a beautiful place to discuss innovations that will transform lives is a high that’s not easy to put into words.

I’m tired, but in that “left it all on the field” kind of way. I’m proud of the team I get to work with, the company I’m a part of, the wonderful leadership behind this company, and myself too.

We’ve all been growing together and it’s creating momentum that’s only going to speed up.

It’s such a joy to be in that sweet spot where my values and heart desires align with the work I do daily.

I’m moving on from this weekend with an even deeper conviction that I’m in the right place at the right time and the future path is radiant!

As extreme as my highs have been this year, there have been new lows as well. Let’s round out this social media highlight reel with a fuller picture…   June was EPIC - our amazing wedding, a leaders retreat trip with my business, and 2 week honeymoon in Mexico. Loved every minute of it!

In July we came back to the US with an annoying parasite called giardia. Pretty sure we picked it up swimming in a cenote (underground lake). All of July turned into a health journey that involved a lot of 💩.

We almost couldn’t leave the house. I’ll spare you the details, but about 24 days into it, we finally found a solution that helped us heal and start to get back to enjoying summer.

Lessons learned:

• Sure I can solve 99 problems with holistic, home healthcare measures, but there’s a time to also go to conventional medicine for help too.

• Focus on the good and it grows, focus on the negative and you’ll stay there.

• We’ve now been through the first solid season of ‘caring for you in sickness and health’ and we’ve grown closer thought it.

I’ve seen how new depths of struggle can uncover even more things that need to be healed. It’s all an opportunity if you choose to see it and take actions to address it.   Healing is a lifelong journey. The higher truth is that there’s a version of life where one is healed, restored, abundant, and thriving. I think the journey of becoming is simply releasing all that’s not serving the higher truth that LIFE is present for us in all forms. Forgiveness, surrender, and genuine love can be the greatest catalysts for breakthrough!

What you see online here is not ‘real life’. No one takes selfies while dealing with their 10th round of 💩 for the day. Or crying painful tears of not sure where go do next. Or washing the dishes or 100s of other human experiences that won’t get any attention online. Most of life won’t be photographed at all!

As you scroll, please keep this in mind.

And remember, all can work together for good. Yep… all of it. Even the 💩 that you don’t want to face. It can make for really good fertilizer in the next season as you employ the lessons that came with it. 🌱 🌺 💎

Beginning with clothes, then books, papers, miscellaneous items, and, finally, sentimental items.

Keep only those things that speak to your heart and spark undeniable joy, and discard the rest not without saying thank you first!

The main goal is to create a space where the ideal version of you can thrive in ✨

Today I’m celebrating the life of a dear friend, Nelson Nyman.

I first met Nelson and his brother Hans at a Belmont Church lunch for new comers. These two seemed a bit wild, like they played by their own rules. So I immediately liked them!

Everyone who knew Nelson liked him. He had the kind of raw authenticity that cut to the heart of a matter.

Anyone who was close to him enjoyed hours of coffee-fueled rich conversation. He didn’t care for surface level connections, but loved to dive deep, asking the questions that exposed new truth.

Nelson was an over-comer. He beat addictions and helped others do the same.

For a few years I kept telling him, “come staff this Around the World in 80 Days DTS! You’d be great!” He would disagree, “naw I’m too old - I don’t have anything to offer.” And I’d insist he had more to give than he knew and there were young people there who needed to learn from him specifically.

Eventually the idea stuck and he left his landscaping business to staff the DTS (Discipleship Training School) based in New Zealand. When we worked together, I so appreciated his calm, kind manner. He wouldn’t speak up all the time on different topics but when he did, everyone listened. His humble nature paved the way for his authority. Always dependable, hand working, and giving his best made him one you always wanted in your team. Not to mention his fantastic sense of humor that would often flip serious situations for the better!

“Nelson was a traveler. One who packed light and added value wherever he found himself. He was a servant. Willing to give and desiring to give. Not needing any glory or praise… it’s like he was already past that.” - Will Rosenberg

He had a way of helping people cut through the crap to get to what was really of value. His relationship with God was deep as his love for Gods word led his life.

As with any of the best of us - you just had to know him. Words fail where I wish I could capture more of who he was.

My heart is grieved for his wife and 9-month-old baby. His battle with lung cancer was finished on Christmas Day. Please keep his family in your prayers. 🙏

I love what I do.

This morning I'm up early buzzing with ideas and making connections, excited to be helping others discover new hope, health, and healing.

Being aligned - where your outer world is congruent with your inner values and passions - is a wonderful feeling.

I'm not sure why, but to genuinely get to this place, there are some challenges you have to go through. Your spirit, mind, and body get tested - do you realllllly want what you say you do? How much are you willing to persevere to get to that place?

Places I learned more focus and clarity of who I am:
- Restarting my career multiple times
- Massive identity shifts that come with doing deep inner work
- Launching my first business only owning a bicycle and using Starbucks as my office
- Asking deep questions and learning new disruptive truths
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 business launches before I was genuinely profitable
- Choosing radical responsibility when blame would be much easier
- Following the calling in my heart when it's questioned by those closest to me

Just want to remind you that…
🔸It's worth the journey.
🔸It's worth pushing through the pain and discomfort.
🔸It's worth staying the course even when you're not sure how it could come together.
