As a therapist, I see the battles people fight behind their smiles. I know the strength it takes to get out of bed. To answer a text. To show up for life when your mind is trying to convince you not to.
So here’s your reminder:
✨ You are not lazy.
✨ You are not broken.
✨ You are doing the best you can with what you have.
Healing takes time. And even on your lowest days, you are still worthy of care, rest, and hope.
You don’t have to “feel better” to start healing. You just have to start. One deep breath at a time. One small step. That’s enough.
