I want to tell you about a conversation I had that I keep thinking about. Wyatt Ewing built Ice Barrel — one of the fastest-growing cold therapy companies in America — because a stranger in a gym told him he looked terrible and needed a cold shower. He was 140 pounds, anxious, depressed, and burning out in corporate America. He took the cold shower out of spite. And something shifted.

Are you a 6 on the Enneagram? I always see 6’s as loyal to a fault, looking out for the underdog with a deep desire to protect others.

Something to look out for: All that worry and fear for others? If you’re not careful, that can drain your kidney Qi.
