For those that know Don Campbell, It is with great sadness that I bring this update...

His sister has informed me that; despite his best efforts, and continued improvements in his health over the past year and a half - he has lost his battle and passed away this past weekend.

Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this difficult time.

R.I.P. Don
You were a friend to all who knew you.

Sincerely,
Shane Selby, LMT

**Updated June 2, 2020**
Our clinic will begin reopening, in phases, starting June 2, 2020. Over the next few weeks; our contracted therapists will start returning to work, as they feel it is safe to do so, and as they obtain all the necessary supplies & personal protective equipment required to resume their practice.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all adjust to these new changes!

**Please note that our clinic has instated some new COVID-19 related rules/policies to further protect our clientele, as well as, our therapists. This policy list can be found below, and on our google website at https://donelsonphoenix.business.site/ **

Our Response to COVID-19: Updated May 30, 2020

Thank you for considering us for your massage needs!

Since the onset of COVID – 19; management and staff have discussed the risks, and we have compiled a list of new protocols that will be implemented from this point forward. Based on the recommendations of the American Massage Therapy Association, the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and the CDC, we are requiring all customers to wear a mask when they are in the clinic (regardless of a lack of symptoms) for the duration of this pandemic. This was a difficult decision to make, and not one we made lightly. After carefully measuring practicality, financial impacts, and medical risks associated with both sides of the mask question, we chose to implement this non-negotiable policy.

We do not want any of our customers to have a negative experience with us. Our whole mission is to make massage therapy safe, affordable, and accessible to the entire community.

Our new policies will go into effect on Saturday, May 30, 2020, and will remain in place for the duration of this pandemic.

Further details of the policy are outlined below:

1. Massage customers must bring, and wear, a mask from the moment they enter the clinic including for the duration of the massage (unless otherwise instructed).

**NOTE** Face masks with an exhalation valve are not allowed. These masks only protect the person wearing them because the valve is one way.

2. We will provide masks (when available) at the door for everyone who needs one for $1.00 each.

3. We will be taking the temperature of every customer before they go into their room.

4. Services will be provided by appointment only. There will be no walk-ins for massage.

5. ALL “couples massage” will be done in separate rooms for the duration of the pandemic.

6. Clients must wait in the car until at least 5 minutes before their appointment.

7. We are practicing social distancing in our scheduling, with extra time between appointments in order to thoroughly disinfect.

8. Clients must use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon entering the clinic.

9. ALL massage Intake/Waivers will be completed, in its entirety, electronically online before your appointment (Please make sure we have correct email address for each client so we may email the link for the forms to you (and your guest)).

10. Massage therapists will wear a mask for the duration of the massage.

11. Please stand 6 feet from other customers when you are in line waiting to check-out.

12. To prevent face-to-face contamination…
a. You will be required to wear a mask for the entire session
or
b. If you cannot wear the mask while face down, a pillow case, forming a “hammock” (to contain any nasal/oral fluids) will be placed over the face cradle.

13. No facial, or intra-oral (TMJ), massage will be performed during the pandemic. Refund policy: If you aren't able to wear a mask, or you do not consent to having your temperature taken, or you have any symptoms/risks of COVID-19, then we cannot provide the service! We will provide a full refund for any prepaid services we offer (See Groupon notation below).

GROUPON –
Groupon is responsible for their own Sales/Refunds, as we are only the service provider. Money paid for a Groupon does not expire (only the promotional value expires)!

Once we reopen, and/or the pandemic has ended, please make your appointment ASAP, and we will still honor the promotional value.
