Our Story

Our signature NuSculpt program combines everything your body needs in one class - Strength, Flexibility and Mindfulness. NuPower Yoga + Barre has many different class offering designed for balance and a safe effective workout: NuPower, a heated strength building yoga flow, NuFlow, a non heated vinyasa, NuRestore - lots of options to lengthen muscles and restore the nervous system, NuBarre, an alignment based class with a heavy emphasis on yoga and of course NuSculpt to take your practice to the next level.

Family history: NuPower Yoga + Barre is a business built through lots of love and a family commitment to growth and creativity. Founder Linda Fenelon has been a life long student of yoga. She walked into her first yoga class after the birth of her first child 27 years ago and spent many years as a student before becoming a teacher. When her father Dr Paul Fenelon, a Pace award winner scientist, created a new balanced free weight system, NuBells®, Linda knew she wanted to create a unique offering combining the effective strength training benefits of NuBells with a mindful and challenging approach to movement. And NuPower Yoga was born! We have trained teachers from all over the world. You can find NuPower classes as far away as London and Dubai, and we were the featured class at the U.K.’s yoga music festival Flo Vibe and in Esquire Dubai.
