Know your angles and believe in your power… I may be just over 5 feet tall, but I can guarantee that I hold myself like I’m 6’6”. Confidence hasn’t always come naturally for me, but yoga has changed my relationship with my body to be one of love and appreciation. I encourage all y’all out there to see what yoga can do for you ☺️

“R” represents Replenished today. After a week at the beach with some of my dearest friends, I’m feeling incredibly replenished in my state of being. Mentally, emotionally, physically, and above all spiritually. I feel ready to take on this week, this semester and much more. Don’t forget! You simply cannot pour from an empty cup, so take time to rest up, restore your energy and replenish all that makes you, You!
